Registration, login, password
What are the login and the password necessary for?
The login and the password are two alphanumeric codes which allow you to enter your e-commerce restricted area. However, even without login and password, you will be able to surf the Net and to view the products published on the website with their characteristics.
What can I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password or you want to change it, click on "Can't you remember your password?" and you will automatically receive a new password by e-mail.
How can I modify my personal data?
Clicking on the "Data change request" in MY DATA section and filling in the form. ERA will update your data according to your instructions.

Clicking on "REGISTER NOW" in the NEWSLETTER area visible in the Home Page of the institutional website http://www.eraspares.com
How can I unsubscribe from ERA's Newsletter?
Clicking on "REGISTER NOW" in the NEWSLETTER area visible in the Home Page of the institutional website http://www.eraspares.com and then sending your request to be unsubscribed from the newsletter. Or clicking on "Unsubscribe from the Newsletter" at the bottom of the newsletter you periodically receive.
News and catalogues
How can I download ERA's news and catalogues?
ERA's news and catalogues in PDF format are downloadable from the DOWNLOAD area of the institutional website. To enter it is necessary to log in. The authentication credentials to enter the DOWNLOAD area must be requested filling in the provided form available clicking on DOWNLOAD in the main navigation text of the Home Page of the institutional website http://www.eraspares.com.
How to order
How can I order?
From the website http://www.eraspares.com logging you in through your user and password. If you sent an order through other means of communications, they will not appear in the following list. In order to know the status, you can contact our Assistance by sending an e-mail to our Sales Offices: Italy or Export
Is it possible to know the availability of the products?
The green, yellow and red colours indicate the availability in ERA' s warehouse. Green: Available; Yellow: while stocks last; Red: Not available.
Do you apply any special discounts with respect to the prices per unit published?
• In case of purchasing of products subjected to a rating with list per quantity, the system will display a notice with the indication of a list per quantity. Therefore, you will be able to modify the quantity and as a consequence to reach the volume in pieces necessary for the activation of the offer; when an equal or a higher quantity with respect to the one of the offer is entered, the price per unit will be updated.
Are there any promotions with respect to the prices published?
Any current promotions will be displayed in the Home Page of ERA' s e-commerce. Eventual promotions will be applied by ERA during the phase of the order confirmation. The final prices, on which promotions have eventually been applied, will be communicated to you in the order confirmation sent by ERA.
Once the order has been sent, how can I be sure to have entered my data correctly?
You can re-check your order in the summary sent to your e-mail address.
Is it possible to know if the order has been received by ERA?
When the phase of the order is concluded, the system will display a confirmation message stating that the order has been sent to ERA correctly. Besides, in MY DATA section you will be able to check the updated status of each order you sent by web.
Is it possible to cancel an order which has not been confirmed yet by ERA?
It is possible only making the cancellation of the order by phone. The cancellation of the order is left to the discretion of ERA.
How long is the basket valid?
The basket is valid 24 hours. After this period it will be emptied.
Order modification
What happens if I decide to add a title to an open order?
You can easily do it making a second order and indicating "to attach to the previous order" in the notes field.
Is it possible to postpone the date sent of an order?
Yes, it is. It is necessary to indicate the date of the dispatch required in the notes field.
Is it possible to modify my order online and autonomously?
It is possible only by phone, contacting a commercial executive of ERA.
How to pay
Can I pay in cash?
No, It is not possible. The terms of payment are indicated in the summary of each single order.
Can I pay by credit card?
No, It is not possible. The terms of payment are indicated in the summary of each single order.
Delivery charges and terms
What are the conditions of return of the orders?
The conditions of return are indicated in the summary of each single order.
Can I choose the shipping address?
You can choose the address of the shipping in the summary of the order. If you can not find the desired address, you can write it in the field Summary Notes of the order.
Is it possible to check the status of my order?
The status of the order can be checked in real time in the order tracking in MY DATA section. Once the order has been sent by ERA, you will be able to check the delivery status entering the number of waybill of the carrier in the provided field linked to the web site of the carrier in charge of the dispatch. The status of the orders are described below here:

Documents request
How can I obtain the documents concerning my orders?
You will receive your documents at your e-mail address but you can ask for some copies filling in the form in the DOCUMENT section and sending the request to ERA. ERA will send you the documents requested by e-mail.
Rescission and Warranty
When can I exercise the right of rescission and of return under warranty?
The right of rescission and of return under warranty is regulated by the Online General Terms of Sale.
How can I send a RMA?
Filling in the form in the RETURN section and sending the request to ERA. ERA will send you the outcome of your request to your e-mail address. However, you will be able to check the status of your RAM in MY DATA section.
Data update
How often does ERA update the data contained in the e-commerce?
The latest update of the system is visible in the Home Page of the e-commerce after the authentication procedure. The update of the technical data inside the e-catalogue (Community item codes, images, technical notes, cross-references, applications on the vehicle ) is approximately carried out every 24 hours. The update of the commercial data inside the e-commerce system (Community items code, item reference codes, availability, prices, promotions, documents) is approximately carried out every 2 hours during the working time 8.30 am – 5.30pm.
Computer safety measures
Which computer security measures are taken by ERA?
The personal data are protected against the risk of intrusion through the activation of suitable electronic devices which must be updated periodically. The updates of the programs for the processor directed to prevent the vulnerability of the electronic devices and to correct the defects are carried out periodically. Organizational and technical instructions, which imply a daily data saving, are provided.
